It is a small exercise studio just for women. It's a place a girl can zoom into anytime for a quick 30 minutes of exercise on those areas that need a little taming. It's new, there's parking at the door, it's open early, it closes late, and it's right next to the supermarket. It's a 100% girl's way to stay fit and maintain a healthy wellbeing. And believe it or not, we actually have fun.
